  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the issue.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider.
